Certainly is still in play. In an oil magazine someone else posted a while back it said Tullow were talking to Andarko and news of a deal were "imminent". If they do cement the deal then you would have to think the drilling would be a goer. If not why would they do a deal with Tullow and then walk away by end March.
Also interesting is if deal is announced soon what would it do to share price and would PCL management still do a CR at 0.4 cents??
