that statement also caught my attention but sorry to say in this environment it suggests to me that Tullow want to de risk and if they do not get a JV partner then they wil at the least seek a delay or worst walk - pcl really struggling here and i hope i am wrong becasue i am well into pcl at prices i thought were cheap - little did i know - good money after bad here?? - it will be if tullow delay or walk that is for sure.
