However, one wonders what the sophisticated and professional investors have been told that motivated them to take 300mil new shares. This new offering is not underwritten so it may be that further developments are yet to be announced. ie Tullow commit to drill 1H 2018 and half the Namibian entitlement has been onsold for $5 mill. If not, their salaries might be in jeopardy. Have now decided to hold as the downside is limited to the extent of the near bottom SP. If anything it may be more likely to go up rather than down to 1c again. PRL might be the specie to follow in the near term.
