Over promoting an unobtainable timeline may well be one of the reasons for the timing of of Mr Rogers departure, move money to somewhere going forward, especially any free money from bonuses and the incentive scheme..
Been over 7 weeks since he left and recent intra/daily volumes looks to me like a controlled exit is now underway, which may be done by years end..
