Here we go, the last paragraph from Terry - an investor update.

But it's interesting that we have now got transferred the patents. I have a feeling it's because during commercialisation with different companies, they didn't feel the security to deal with us if someone else was holding the patents, in case they are after a long working JV but for whatever reasons UWA does something stupid with the patent rights.

So I guess this is another positive step towards commercialisation. We have the rights to the patents and we deal with clients. Only time UWA will be involved is the development of the tech, which is the way it should be.
