    re: Ann: MMW: PANORAMIC OFFER NOT FAIR AND NO... PAN are too frugal to waste approx $1.5million on "attempting" a takeover. They wouldnt have flippantly taken these actions. They would have performed due diligence IMO.

    Now the MMW response is out, I expect an improved offer.
