re: Ann: MMW: PANORAMIC OFFER NOT FAIR AND NO... PAN management are risking that the offer will be rejected for good (so far a ridiculous 7% acceptance). Would have been wiser to change the offer to cash-script hybrid or even better to CASH. And PAN can easily afford this. MMW shareholders would KNOW what would they get. But with a volatile PAN share price they DON'T. So they do not accept and they will not - as simple as that.

This bad move also triggered the deterioration of the PAN price. And now its a downward spiral - they are caught - the lower the SP price the less attractive the offer becomes. I just hope that the whole deal will be soon cancelled altogether and the PAN SP will then start recovering to a reasonable level. Then I will buy ... (but not earlier than until the whole MMW thing is resolved one way or another).
