I mean FLG is not actually issuing 408M shares to make the Pantanillo acquisition ... it might not issue any at all. It is not known how many (if any) or a what price ... that's 1 year away. That certainly would have some "dampening effect" in my opinion. This would have to be at the direction of the ASX as a requirement of being restated to quotation I would think ... otherwise why would it be required.

Just happy to see it back "on market". Here we have gold at ~A$5,085/oz and you can buy shares in a company with more the 1M/oz Measured ounces in-situ for A$11/oz ... someone do the math ... what's that FCF look like for a plan of producing 100Koz/yr for 10 years off of a heap leach process - standard stuff. Outstanding is an understatement.

So what else must we look to for such a market discount - or is it simply just "mispriced".

30% is the asset / project …

paul needs a :
- proper business plan !
- proper planning till cash-flow
- a project that its worth the effort

all else we be riding the lassonde curve !
