Finally!



OK .... NI 43-101 is good (I have many TSX miners so not concerned at all). Dave get cracking and get the JORC compliance going.

Pantanillo was on the list I put out there. Still think RIO2 is our closest comp in terms of initial size and single asset company. I've also pointed out the Volcan project (much bigger) and La Pepa (nothing been done recently).

And the economics .... back end loaded as you would expect for a Option Agreement






Looks like everyone holding tight onto their shares ... no sellers it seems
