Appreciate the explanation... I see where the 3 c comes into play, i.e. if the EnergyX valuation is 50% of stated, then real buyout price is 23 Mil / 3c per share.
Man, Big difference (3c - 8c) based on EnergyX's valuation.
Looks like Global Emerging Markets (GEM) is willing to invest $450 Mil, so that somewhat verifies / justifies the EnergyX 600 Mill evaluation, but even if we take 450Mil commitment as the Energy X Valuation, PFE's pricing could be as high as 4.2c ?
