This is not pretty, except for Canada and Aust/NZ. The accounts have only just been able to be prepared on a going concern basis - ref Notes to the Accounts. Equity for ordinary shareholders in now negative. The UK as well as probably most of Europe have major problems. The pension liabilities are also a major concern, but the shortfall was reflected in the accounts. I don't envy the Board and Andy Preece's challenge.
