    The Company refuses to provide an agenda. I'm sure that is "black letter law" legal as the directors have no respect for transparency.

    I expect the meeting will be as short and fast as is humanly possible. It will open, the vote taken/announced and closed.

    I'm sure James Orr has it all arranged, just like no questions at the webinar. ASIC thought this was perfectly OK.

    By then, Boon will know the results and Price wont. Why should Boon submit himself to questions when he knows the outcome.

    Here's a sneaky alternative. Boon and the board offer Price what he wants on Thursday; at noon when they know the figures, provided he doesn't release the voting results.
