I am not Nostradamus, …. but I predict this will end in tears, just like EVERY other "relationship/partnership/JV" that PPY have entered in to .. without exception. !!
There is one common denominator in every one of these failed ventures/projects … Ramy.

I hope UP Equities know what they getting into.
I pity the poor sap who will be UP Equities representative on the PPY Board.

…. and UP Equities think they are going to gain instant knowledge , via Ramy (!!!) to ….. "enhance it’s application of the residual agricultural hemp"

The timing is also interesting …... just before the AGM at which the board was going to have to explain why NO REVENUE has been received despite previous statements/announcements to the contrary.

Hope shareholders get out with some $ during this brief upsurge in price.
