Your math could be right silkroad88. I based mine on assuming two equal tranches. As always with this crowd, almost no details or information, no regard for shareholder respect, no regard for regulations around full disclosure.
Of course it will depend on shareholder approval. Funny that $60k has already been taken off them.
The investment is "up to" 19.9%. Could be a lot less.
Even an investment of $600k is hardly earth shattering.
