re: Ann: Papyrus Signs Memorandum of Understa... May be a punt at $0.05 but not at $0.15. Volumes are skinny and the trades look just a little strange. There are better companies to take speculative punts on. Have a look at ccc for example. Lots of trading volume and good price movements.
