Doubt if there will be enough money to mount a legal challenge over alleged patent infringements. I would think that PPY would have to challenge in Europe and this would be quite protracted and expensive. Better to put what's left in the kitty to try and salvage what they have. With respect to an announcement if it aint positive news/pr there is no ways that PPY will make an announcement. This would be totally out of character for this company.
