re: Ann: Papyrus Signs Memorandum of Understa... I am horrified that PPY's bungled this so badly- Hayot have ignored the PPY patents (or PPY have let them!!). Where is the legal action?
PPY seem to have let Hayot into the technology without a confidentiality deed or a restraint clause. Hayot seem to have done a better job in a year than PPY in years. No chance for PPY now- there's not enough money left.....sad.....
How can all this happen without an ASX announcement???
