I still don't understand what you are going on about. What have Plexus been doing for the last 18 months? Where did the low ball MPS offer originate from?
What skills would a fund manager from W.A. have in originating a Pharma deal in S America or the Middle East?
Maybe PR needs a sounding board on best deals or SW is going to go down another route like PE or hedge fund.
