So SW is showing true leadership. We're lucky he's made a move. This could still turn ugly though if the decision making or direction setting becomes adversarial. All I see is that finally someone (Scott) is doing his job protecting and nurturing the company/shareholders. I hope he has plenty of stamina and grit because he will need it working with someone who is used to getting his own way.
