As many others have commented, the PAR management team appears to have lost a good deal of credibility through a combination of imperfect decision making and less than stellar corporate governance.
It’s therefore unlikely imo that in the improbable event that a ‘white knight’ can be found who’s willing to ride to our rescue, said knight would want to partner with the existing board. Rather I think they would probably look to acquiring the product and the IP, such as it is, including the patents and the supply agreements with Bene, as cheaply as possible, and then move rapidly to take charge of the company, putting their own people into the key roles, and running it themselves.
For $1m per annum they could probably find someone quite good to head the thing up.
