I guess it needs clarification, but I wasn't suggesting HotCopper users organise a class action against PAR.

I was merely engaging in a little thought exercise about how a motivated group might go about buying out a founder/major-shareholder like Paul Rennie, if they had the means and will to do so. You'd simply throw a lot of mud first, fan the flames of the widespread disaffection, while creating a positive vision of an alternative future.....one of a streamlined, cost-focused business going forwards, connections into Pharma organisations and markets, deal-making capability etc. It's nothing more than a fantasy. I don't see it happening.
