Not sure if you have seen the research and reports thread but there is plenty written by Scott about PAR. Unfortunately timelines and costs have blown out massively since those reports were written. He would be one of the most knowledgeable people on the company, including having traveled to visit Bene.

I'm still perplexed as to why he has been appointed though. Is he going for a full takeover? Is he going to asssist PR in deciding best deals (wasn't this Plexus's job?), or are we that desperate we need him to find a partner?

So many questions - the mind boggles. Could be wrong but looks like a rescue job to me. Happy to be taken out now because of the mismanagement of this company and hopeful Scott can bring this to fruition.
