Don't entirely disagree. PR's awful record is indeed there for us all to see. But even tone deaf PR acknowledged shareholders suffering in recent AGM address. He lost a big Insto' support in Collins Street and would have been acutely aware of Allianz' rebalance selling and scared of it.
He would have had a real scare/kick up the backside himself with the stock trading $0.16 recently. His own mercantile/financial self interest should hone his efforts in the space. He stared a good bit of personal financial doom in the face lately. This is a partnership package even he can sell with the very pretty FDA Clearance bow, now wrapped around it.
