Why weren't they issued 1st/2nd January at a price of 44 cents after being approved in November? That would be a target price of $1.20. Surely it makes sense to go off a calendar year.

BTW, this proposal first came out when the share price was around 60 cents. There was no detail on how or when the price set would be done.

Now it has been done at pretty much an all time low.
