While I'm happy to see the stretch targets tightened up, the MPS deal needs to be more specific before I vote yes to them. I'm happy with 1 and 3, but 2 is a bother since it could cover a deal for Brazil only. I'd need to PAR to specify something more challenging to obtain, such as a deal for the North American or South American or Europe markets for exampl.e
