They are sort of telling you, 2.21 Q of cash burn left. They have to act soon. And they have to launch a very expensive P3 trail and then Biologics license time and money. OPT P3 is about US$100M to run. For PAR it's going to be cheaper than $100M, but have no doubt, its big bucks expensive. Maybe development partnership agreement, or CR, however dilution is IMHO near inevitable.
