there in lies the beauty of scott being involved now... he wants the best strategic mix possible that gets shareholders the very best NPV for IPPS.
i wouldn't rule it out 100% if in the long term interests of holders....but, he is very aware of dilutionary effects vs giving up % of revenue... he'll be analysing it all from a shareholders perspective.
