Don't get too hung up on the valuation, that is fluid - its where they think it should be presently valued on the foward likely occurances for PAR on commercialisation pathways - wouldn't you be happy with a $0.91 price right now? That valuation target will be dynamic and move upwards IF PAR is succesful in its applications - the present price will have execution risk discounts that will gradually be removed IF PAR sucessful.
It was more useful as a thorough (endorsed by the company) research note on their likely pathway for people. Sorry dude. PAR was massively over-pumped in 2020/21 like so many small caps popular with stay at home traders. But if all its ducks line up I am sure a billion plus valuation eventually possible and ASX200 inclusion. But its all a long way off with plenty of execution risk - look how the market pooped itself at this (admittedly pivotal) hurdle.
