Have you thoroughly compared their announced timeline in April and Jan? They remained the timetable same for both Jan and April annountments. But the details has been changed. They should adjusted the timetable accordingly, but they didn't for some reason.

In Jan, they reported that dose selection will be COMPLETED in 1H 2023. OA003 will be STARTED in 1H 2023. In this case, our NDA will be submitted in 2025. HOWEVER, in april,they changed the word said that the recruitment will be completed in 1H2023. That's totally different thing. That just means a delay. That means dose selection CAN NOT be completed until Q4 2023 (reason below), and OA003 WON'T start until Q4 2024. The fact is no matter how they draw the timetables and kept them same, the timeline has been pushed further, NDA submittion has been pushed further to 2026.

The reason that dose selection will be completed in Q4 is: last participant is expected to be radomised in early Q3 2023, no matter how early it is, the result for last participant can only be received in Q4 2023 (+84days -- around 3 months). They have to wait all participants' results to collect the data, don't they? They also need time to analyze data or sort of thing, and then select the right dose. All these jobs need time to complete. From this announcement, I can only see the timeline has been delayed further.



If you take a further look at April announcement, actually OA 008 also delayed 6 months further. According to their time table announced in April, OA008 - 365days results (12months data) should be finished by mid of 2023. Now it has been pushed to Dec 2023.



They did not change the colorful timetable, does not mean they did not delay.
