WHY the 008 study?
Run through updated slide with all three biomarkers:
What's going on in the joint itself (locally) in terms of biomarkers.
Its added to our understanding of the biomarkers within synovium.
"In all cases, the synovial biomarker changes ...were favourable comparable to placebo control".
Mozz highlighted stat above., shows consistent data!
RAVI - Canine model
Highly revenant model (compared to other smaller models)
TPI% 5% is a good hurdle, we cleared it by double (Mozz Note)
This next one is music to my eyes: (ok ears then)
My emphasis but look at the wonderful effects we are observing.
ARGS is dogs equivalent to human don't forget.
4/4 = 100% of this most important marker.

Data we are observing covering broad range of outcomes
Mechanical
Clincial
Radiographical
Pointing us to the direct of what the mechanistic progression is and how it pertains to cartilage protection.
