Vet dose has always been 3 mg/kg once weekly for four weeks with 80% patients returning a very positive response. It was always stressed by the manufacturer that this was a 'sweet spot' dose, higher or lower and we could expect diminished responses. Can't remember the rationale for that but there was one.
