My take on iPPS is it treats bone lesions and leads to remission of symptoms and some repair. Stem cell therapy appears to cause cartilage regrowth which reduces pain, it doesn't target bone lesions. Both are good. Vets use both. I use iPPS - works a treat - might use stem cell therapy at some point for things iPPS doesn't fix.Just my take to date. As new research and findings come through this might change. Meanwhile I see no conflict between iPPS and stem cell therapy both being really helpful therapies in the future.
