Like everyone I was extremely disappointed with the CR at this time and at this price.I also remembered PR's thoughts that we would be trying to achieve a non-dilutive capital raising.A comment -this forum has been one of the better informed and most constructive on HC However the vitriol and bitterness towards PAR's management has been over the top.Posters like Moz & Dungiven give an honest assessment without the ugly/emotional rants of many recently.
To some positive thoughts-
. *PR will move to either CEO or Chair will relinquish one role
. *Board will change to include a person with solid commercial/deal making experience
*Institutional investors are now involved and will drive change
. *They are committed to developing a non-dilutive capital raising model [Well advanced]
. *Modelling shows even after capital raise share price in excess of $100 is acheivable
Shareholders need to remember the Market is not always logical, the dynamics are often unfavourable,decisions of Boards and CEO's are sometimes contrary to your expectations but thats the market.If you can't handle it don't play.
