What more PR can do?
He has a credibility issue, both in his openess and honesty to the shareholders and also his dual roles as Chairman and CEO. He is getting an exorbitant salary plus ridiculously low performance bonuses, etc.
He could step aside from both the CEO or Chairman's role. That would be a great start and most likely improve the share price if good replacements can be found
