As I see it, the instos can churn profit from the volatility they can create. They can short and cover in the next raise (which they know is coming even when Management are bare-facedly telling everyone else to expect non-dilutive funding). Management are also profiting from the big wages, and insulating themselves against future dilution by showering themselves in freebie bonuses and shares each year to outrun that dilution.

So, if they are both profiting while there is no revenue coming in….guess who’s money they are using? Guess who isn’t profiting but instead is haemorrhaging cash? That’s right, it’s US! We are footing the bill for trials, travel, lunches, raises, salaries, bonuses, everything. And are we seeing a reward? Are we bugger! In fact, they are asking for more and more and more. Retail holders are outside in the rain while the champagne flows inside.
