Are you going to the AGM? I hope you are and outline these thoughts tonl them. You talk the most sense of anyone on here imo.
Instead of granting himself additional performance rights, if deals aren't landed in the next 6 months (that's what's in the capital raise presentation), then PR should move aside. He should acknowlwedge that he has failed in this regard and get someone else in with the necessary skills.
