Folks, looking at this from others perspectives:
First the context: a game-changer drug in a large and growing market.
2(?) years to ask FDA to consider labelling. There is some potential for some nominal revenue earlier, which would strongly confirm market size.
The CR provides funds through to mid-2025, ie not quite there again.
Management who repeatedly under-estimate the time and money needed to not quite get to where they should be.

If the share price at $0.63 was "right" a few days ago, the similarly "right" price after the offer would be in the high $0.50s. The reason it is at $.43 or so is that a whole lot of folks have exited in disgust, and to some extent, the shorters have faked out those with cash from buying in. IMO.
So PAR should be a bargain apart from shorting activity, and dissidence of LTH, and lack of awareness among "outsiders" (especially those overseas).

The Board have supposedly been "out and about" generating interest. They need to generate some actual access to PAR shares through a secondary listing or depository receipts in the US. I have raised that in the past. I was told it was too expensive. Well, funded-up investors aren't flocking to the register - It just isn't happening here. I won't be attending the AGM, but if any of you are, i think how to make that happen is a question worth asking.

I will take up the offer unless the price drops.
