We have been led like lambs to slaughter by a CEO who will not let anyone stand up to him. If anyone on the board disagrees or questions him on any of this actions they quickly depart with a very nice thank you.
Very few small cap companies like PAR ever make it to market and are swallowed up by large pharmaceutical at a discount and the CEO is usually the only person to get a windfall.
Stupidly I thought PAR was different and have been totally shafted by a masters.
