Until PR hands over the reins we will be left holding the bag. Yes he is passionate but the way he and the board have mismanaged the financial side of the business is amateur hour.
So many times a few of us have questioned where are the costings? where is a detailed plan? etc but all PR did was dangle the carrot of partnership deals. He should withdraw those AGM resolutions if he had any grain of respect for shareholders.
This capital raising is last straw for many and I for one have voted No on all resolutions, this board needs to be kicked to the curb.
