A sad day for PAR and her shareholders.
Paul, if you are reading this please consider doing the honourable thing for the company and.....
Needless to say I'll be using my small vote to vote against PR's ridiculous options and salary package. I can't actually think of anyone connected with any company I have a small ownership in who deserves it less.
