I have voted no on all motions except Donna Skerret. I don't like her remuneration and Performance options, etc however she is actually the brains behind the science and is required.
PR is just a dodgy greedy incompetent narcistic megalomaniac CEO/Chairman that is rorting the shareholders of their hard-earned funds.
His performance and attitude makes me want to puke.
