It has been tested at very high dosage in other unrelated OA trials. My understanding is higher dosages lead to higher potential incidences of SAE.
Whether one day PAR or others look to up the dosage above known effective levels of 2mg/kg x 2 is something well down the track. For now we just need to pass OA002 primary end points and odds are stacked in our favour with 2mg/kg x 2.
