Mozz, I'm wondering how well we really understand dosing. Do we know that 3mg/kg is less effective than 2mg/kg &/or increases adverse side effects? Do we understand why the placebo produced better results than 1mg/kg?
What is your take on what we really know about minimum, optimum and maximum doses and risk of adverse effects?
