If "fine" means billions of dollars over budget, a decade late, several tax & royalty disputes with the Mongolian Government and some issues with JV partners, then yes it's all "fine".
Its only because RIO has very deep pockets and long investment timeframes and probably a fair bit of corporate face saving that they are still there. Oyu Tolgai is a super large world class CuAu deposit. Does PBL have a world class Ree deposit, and deep enough pockets to drill it out and construct it?
