Are you referring to a clinical hold? The company has not confirmed to the market that PAR is in a clinical hold and if they were then the FDA is obligated to notify PAR of this in writing soon after the phone call along with their concerns, and I would imagine PAR would also have to notify the market.
It appears the FDA simply needs time to ask questions outside the 30-day period.
