Thanks Slura. I just have no idea on how the spill resolution worked (never seen a 2 striker before). I would have thought second strike being passed - auto board spill but obviously not the case. What is the point of having the special resolution then? And then since the remuneration got voted down again - what happens from here? Business as usual and the remuneration effectively "passes"?
