Depends on where they direct the cash. If PAR look to advance the rest of their programs then they won't have enough cash. If, however, they prioritise spending towards the OA programs, then they won't need to raise extra funds until mid-to-late 2024. Hopefully PR got the message after shareholders voted against increased placement capacity.
