Hey Phil, I could likely be wrong, but ...
My assumption is that these big pharma companies who are getting the opportunity to see behind the curtain (our data room mentioned previously) ... Are hopefully being bound by both NDAs and Trading Restrictions that preclude them from buying on-market in a way that hasn't been negotiated with the board.
If they could buy on-market, having been able to look at data we haven't, it's not particularly fair to the existing shareholders who'd be selling to them.
