Yes well at the end of the day it is always a possibility but thats a chance with any company public or private.
I guess I weigh up in my head that Bene is a family business (three generations) and take great pride in their work and their business. You'd think that they would want their independence at any cost and that they would say no to all and any takeover offers?

I certainly can't say there is ZERO risk of something like that happening...this is all part of the risk statements we find in prospectuses or the fine print in typical terms and conditions....ie there is a chance of something going wrong or the unexpected.

This is one reason why anyone should consider the risks and never invest all or too high a % in any given product/investment...or at least consider where you would stand if you do have a concentrated portfolio.

Despite this, I think it is a small risk.

Cheers Mozz, I guess everyone has their price. Being a private company also helps fend off T/Os. My thinking is a large pharma would want to control everything from manufacturing to distribution. If this is the case where would they start first?
