Agree with you that a large number of people would just take the role if the money is right.

In the case of our new CEO, he was already CEO of a company much further down the road. I doubt PAR will pay him in cash a huge amount. If cash is only a small amount and not attractive on its own, then a big part of the compensation would need to be in stock options, which he would need to see a good upside to for this gig to be worth his while. I think we will have some more insight when we see the structure of his compensation package.
